Great experience with this company and their refrigerator technician. The repair process took some time because we had to wait for parts for an expensive LG refrigerator, but Shawn and the technician were excellent throughout the entire process. Shawn was very helpful with scheduling and communication, and he was also the one who informed me the parts were covered by LG, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They even handled a very persistent tenant who was putting a lot of pressure on me to get the fridge fixed quickly. Even though the delay was due to waiting on parts, they stayed supportive and committed to getting the job done right. Another amazing experience with Dillyon and Shawn - these guys are amazing beyond description but I'll try to describe the experience nonetheless - Dillyon initially came and replaced a part that was busted in my stove, and then had to come back again 30 days later because it turned out another part was artificially stressing the part replaced, which cause the replacedpart to doe prematurely - Dillyon came out on late notice at the end of his day, fixed the problem and brought my attention to the aforementioned part that was responsible for the earlier replaced part prematurely failing, and then Shawn didn't charge me anything for the service because of their 60 day warranty on all repairs that covered the initial repair. Shawn and Dillyon's consummate skill and integrity are next level and amazing - they've repaired and extended the life of several of my appliances, and I can't recommend them more highly. These guys are amazing
